Complaints Policy
Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who contacts Copswonder Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Copswonder Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Copswonder Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@copswonder.garden and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Comes Next
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second look. You can also reach your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
