About Copswonder Concrete and How Referrals Work
Talk to a local provider
What We Are
Copswonder Concrete is a referral service for new concrete work. We link homeowners in San Diego and the San Diego area with independent local providers. Driveways, stamped finishes, and patios are the focus.
We are not a contractor. We do not pour, finish, or haul anything. The providers in our network do the work, under their own names and their own terms.
Why This Site Exists
Concrete jobs go wrong in boring ways. A thin slab. A weak base. A pour on a bad weather day. Most of it is avoidable if you ask the right things first.
So we built a site around prep. What to ask. What a solid answer sounds like. When to walk away. Ask before you pour.
How Matching Works
You tell us about your project. We point you to an independent provider who handles that kind of job in your area. Fit depends on the job type, your location, and provider availability.
You then talk to the provider directly. You decide if they are right. You can also talk to more than one.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in our network to:
- Hold any license or registration your state or city requires
- Carry the insurance their work calls for
- Visit the site before quoting a larger job
- Put scope, materials, and price in writing
- Answer homeowner questions plainly
We cannot watch every job. So check these things yourself. Ask to see proof. Get it written.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not do the concrete work
- We do not set provider prices
- We do not handle concrete driveway repair or foundation problems
- We do not promise start dates or results
- We do not replace your own checking
If you have a sinking slab or cracked walls, you likely need foundation repair experts. That is a different search.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay for referrals. You pay Copswonder Concrete nothing to be connected. Your agreement, price, and payment terms are between you and the provider.
That is why there is no pressure here. You can hear a price and say no.
